In case you need to cancel a lesson, please use this online form no later than 48 hours before your scheduled lesson(s) in case you cannot attend, otherwise the lesson(s) will be fully charged. If no recovery is offered by Juf Julia or there is no recovery possible, the corresponding amount of the cancelled lesson will be credited to your next invoice/next month. 

Please, check regularly the school holiday information provided per e-mail by Juf Julia at the beginning of your participation. In case of doubt, just send a message to [email protected] 

Finally, please check regularly the monthly schedule sent per e-mail by Juf Julia each month, also your Inbox every week and prior to the lesson, in case of any unexpected changes.
